Occupational Therapist sought by Revive Reno, LLC for a position based in Reno, NV. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy (or related) and twenty-four (24) months of experience as occupational therapist (or related), or master’s degree in occupational therapy (or related). Must have occupational therapy license in the state of Nevada (or eligibility for certification). Duties include:

Assess a variety of diagnoses
Administer and interpret standardized assessments
Develops and implements an individualized treatment plan based on resident needs and containing achievable functional goals.
